From the 8th of December a three-day theme week of Pskov and Kostroma oblasts and Kolpino district was held in the Import substitution and localization Centre of St. Petersburg. The largest manufacturers presented examples of their products during this action. Opening of the theme week was marked by ceremonial cutting of a red ribbon. Sergey Movchan (vice-governor of SPb), Anatoly Povely (head of Kolpino district administration), Anton Osetrov (deputy head of industrial policy and investment management of Kostroma oblast administration) attended this event.
After event's opening, Sergey Movchan stated more than 3500 different enterprises had worked in Kolpino district. In 2015 the sum of commodity turnover of industrial enterprises has exceeded 131 billion roubles.
Anatoly Povely stressed in his speech that Kolpino district was a heart of the whole North-West region. This district is at the top of the greatest industrial achievements. According to results of the recent ten months, the general increase of manufacture has made over 30%.
During a solemn event, the delegation has viewed exhibits. Needless to say the exposition could not cover products of all industrial enterprises from Pskov, Kostroma oblasts and Kolpino district. Therefore, only the largest companies searching for new business partners took part in the theme week. All exhibition participants got certificates of residents of Import substitution Centre in St. Petersburg and notes of thanks from the government of Kolpino district.
