"Sikron" enterprise was one of participants of 9th International field-oriented exhibition devoted to metal heat treatment technologies. The event was carried out at the capital exhibition centre "Expocentre", from 15th till 17th of September. Organiyation of the exposition was supported by IFHTSE (International Federation for Heat Treatment and Surface Engineering). "Heat treatment" is the largest exhibition in the Russian Federation and in CIS countries. Manufacturers of heat treatment equipment present their new ideas and developments for the foreign and Russian consumer here.
Cutting-edge materials and equipment from the world's best manufacturers of heat treatment equipment, heat insulation, refractory materials, diagnostic, measuring, and analytical devices were presented at the exhibition. Exhibition's visitors have learnt design and operation principles of up-to-date equipment for thermomechanical, dimensional, thermal, surface, and heat and chemical treatment of metal products.
"Sikron" has presented its whole range of industrial products to visitors and participants: melting and shaft equipment, furnaces for heat treatment of various materials, drying chambers, and other developments.
Important negotiations on cooperation with other large companies from CIS countries were carried out during the exhibition. Participants of the event have offered effective and complex solutions on modernization, renovation, and creation of modern continuous, thermal, and heating furnaces. New thermal units are designed with a view to increased energy saving of the equipment: enhancement of workpiece quality, reduction of gas consumption, replacement of operating heating automation system, and creation of energy saving wear-resistant high-temperature fibrous lining materials.
