Design features of "Sikron" hardening furnaces

Furnaces for hardening of metals are made on a welded heat-resistant steel framework. Combined heat insulation of the chamber consists of chamotte refractory materials, mullite-siliceous mats, and "tisolit" material. Carborundum or euro-fechral elements are applied as heaters.

"Sikron" company produces chamber and shaft hardening furnaces for metals with operating temperature of up to 1280°С. The enterprise manufactures thermal furnaces for tempering intended for reduction of metal brittleness after hardening at temperature of 200-700°С. The product range of "Sikron" includes furnaces for annealing which allow to treat metals in a temperature mode of up to 900°С. Thermal furnaces with horizontal / vertical loading, units with roll out sole can be produced upon request.
