Furnace operating temperature makes 700-800°С; though, the limit resource of lining and heaters allows to withstand considerable thermal loads. This resource was designed in the unit for increase of equipment service period
All tempering furnaces have working chamber internal space of which is made of corrosion- and heat-resistant shields and light heat insulation. Operating air circulated in the furnace.
Temperature in the chamber required for treatment of metals is created by spiral heaters winded on ceramic cores. Tempering furnaces are equipped with a microprocessor temperature regulator for adjustment of thermal conditions. Besides, the furnace can be supplemented with a cart for unloading/loading of materials.
Tempering furnaces can have shaft or chamber design.
